After second shooting 18 weddings so far this season, I am SO EXCITED to finally be able to share images from my first lead wedding of the year!! Katie and Matt were married on a gorgeous sunny day at the end of August at the most perfect barn Flaherty Farm in Scarborough, Maine. This wedding day was extra special to me because I consider Katie and her family as my second family! I first met Katie’s younger sister, Kelsey and one of my best friends and roomie, while I was at freshman at Bates! Kelsey was one of my very first friends at Bates when I was a scared freshman trying out for the basketball team! Ever since our first fall ball practice, Kelsey has been my dear friend and when her sister asked me to photograph her wedding, I was so honored!! Katie and Matt have been so supportive of me and my business from the very start and I was thrilled to be there on this beautiful day, capturing their love!

Flaherty Farm was such a breathtaking backdrop for pictures and I could’ve taken portraits of these two all night! Here are some of my favorites from their day! Special thanks to Paul Rutherford Photography for being the best second shooter around! 🙂
