Seeing this sweet family for the second year in a row makes my heart melt! When Kelly reached out and said she and Brendon were interested in family pictures again this year, I was so pumped! Ronan was such a little guy the last time I saw him and now he’s walking and running – I could barely keep up! We used every trick up our sleeves to capture Ronan’s energy! And Kelly is pregnant, so they are expecting a little baby girl right around Christmas! What a perfect Christmas gift!

We had an absolutely gorgeous night to take pictures in Bird Park. The leaves are starting to turn and there was a beautiful field that I was in love with! Some of these family portraits are definitely some of my most favorite ever. It was so fun to see Ronan’s personality come to life during the session! He’s such a fun and happy little guy!! I especially love the ones of Ronan on Brendon’s shoulders – I think it sums up what it means to be a dad perfectly! And the ones when Kelly is holding Ronan and he has the most adorable smile on his face! Gahh I love them all!!

This month, more than any other month in the year, is filled photographing so many sweet families. It’s such a busy time of year, but I love it. Being invited in to my clients’ lives to capture beautiful family portraits is such an honor. Kids grow and change so fast! Which is why it’s so important to take the time to capture these moments that you can look back on forever! I love being able to be a little part in their journey by documenting what their family looks like in that moment. I seriously love my job so much!
