I don’t even know where to start with how amazing this wedding day was. This wedding truly felt how wedding days are supposed to feel – Emily and Matt were so present in every moment of their day and they were surrounded by so much love and joy and not to mention, zero stress all day! Seriously, I have never been a part of a day where everything went so smoothly! From the second I arrived to Emily’s getting ready room, everything was running exactly on time and it continued for the rest of the day without a single moment of stress, about anything! They even had the best weather with a gorgeous 70 degree July day and cloudy skies! 

Everything about this day was such a joy to be a part of. From the most emotional first look, to their beautifully intimate ceremony with the exchanging of vows that had you laughing and crying all at once, to Emily surprising Matt with a groom’s cake that was an exact replica of their bulldog, Forty!! Seriously, make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom to see it. The cake looked so much like Forty that it was scary! 

I’ve known Emily since college when we played basketball together and I first met Matt at their engagement session last fall. After just a few minutes of meeting Matt, I knew right then and there that these two were such a perfect match! And not only are Emily and Matt perfect for each other, but they were an absolute dream couple to work with! They are so easy going and so in love that they made my job incredibly easy! I even thanked Matt at the end of the night for being so awesome during all the portraits we took and he had the sweetest response – “Why would I ever complain when you’re asking me to kiss my bride?!”. Gahhh I love him. But seriously, Emily and Matt, you two are so perfect together and I could feel it in every second of your wedding day! It was such a blast capturing your love! I am so so happy for you two as you start your life as Mr. and Mrs. Beaudoin! Xoxo
