The second year of Christmas mini session in the Charlestown Navy Yard was a huge success! This is absolutely one of my favorite days of the year. I feel like it officially gets me so excited for Christmas because of how festively decorated our backdrop is every year by the talented Christina of Tails ‘N Sails. Now that this is in our second year, I’ve loved seeing so many of the same families again from last year, plus the addition of so many new families and their pups!
We decided to move our mini session location down towards the Charlestown Navy Yard pier this year, so that we could have some of the Boston skyline captured in the background of our images. I absolutely loved the way this year’s photos came out and can’t wait to see everyone’s Christmas cards this year! Click here to see last year’s photos!
I am already SO EXCITED for next year’s Christmas mini sessions and am potentially thinking about moving them from the Charlestown Navy Yard to a Christmas Tree Farm. What do you think?! If you’re interested in getting on the email list for next year’s mini sessions, don’t hesitate to email me now! This year’s session sold out in a matter of days and I don’t want anyone to miss out on their opportunity. With every mini session, each dog receives an embroidered scarf from Tails ‘N Sails and a bag of treats from our favorite treat guys at 2 Dogs Treats. Special thanks to Junebug Charlestown for providing a gorgeous wreath prop for images. Last but not least, a huge shout out to my amazingly talented friend Danielle, the owner of For the Love of Paws, for her assistance all day long helping everyone’s pups to pose like pros.
