Every time I shoot in the Boston Public Garden, I find new locations that I love! Shooting there as often as I do, I always like to keep it fresh and explore new locations within the park. The Boston Public Garden is definitely my favorite place in Boston because it’s perfect for all kinds of sessions – dogs, families, engagements, wedding portraits. Literally everything! And the best time to shoot there is at sunrise! Every time any of my clients suggest the BPG, I always recommend sunrise and when they agree, my heart does a little happy dance!

This is exactly what happened for Rylee’s session! It was actually her parents’ engagement session, but I’m just going to share pictures of this little cutie today since her parents wanted to keep their privacy. Rylee stole my heart! She was such a little cutie and was so much fun to capture. Rylee absolutely LOVES her parents and any time we tried to leave her by herself while capture portraits of mom and dad, she made it known that she was still there too! Jenna and Wayne told me that she’s even chewed through leashes before to get to them! Now that’s dedication and love. 

Rylee is a black mini golden doodle and the most perfect ball of fluff ever! We had gorgeous light at sunrise and not to mention, the whole park to ourselves. This is also the perfect time for dog sessions if your pup tends to get distracted by people, squirrels, etc. Being there before everyone’s awake and commuting to work is truly a photographer’s dream.
