OMG. Everything about this Rock Meadow anniversary portrait session was picture perfect! I am seriously so lucky that the best couples find me because it makes my job so much fun. As I was taking the photos, I was speechless. This couple, their two rescue pups, and the most gorgeous location at Rock Meadow in Belmont made for a perfect evning.

Kady and Alex literally might as well have been models they were so perfect at having their photos taken. These two just celebrated their three year anniversary and how cute are they?! They did not have professional pictures taken at their Boston City Hall wedding, so this was the perfect time for photos to also include their two dogs. I’m so excited that they did because every single image from their portrait session at Rock Meadow is actually my new favorite! I definitely could’ve taken pictures of these two and their two pups, Emma and Odin, for hours. Also, Kady is wearing the same white dress she wore when they got married three years ago! How amazing is that! Plus, her other dress was absolutely to die for too. Kady is style goals!

I haven’t photographed a session at Rock Meadow since Shannon and Matt’s engagement session and it’s such a good reminder that I need to go back more often. I completely forgot how much I love everything about Rock Meadow, especially when it’s at its’ peak with overgrown wildflowers. Every direction is beautiful. I loved that these two were always willing to stand in the middle of a field or walk through tall grass for the photos I was envisioning. Also, it’s the perfect location to let dogs roam in and out of photos which worked great for Emma and Odin who loved exploring.
