I am SO EXCITED to share Marissa and Kyle’s gorgeous fall wedding at The Log Cabin-Delaney House in Northampton, MA!! This wedding is so special to me because of this amazing couple! I first met Marissa when we worked together at Kennedy Hope Academy a few years ago (the same place I met Morgan and Nils and Johnathan and Emily – check out their blog posts!). Marissa was my one of the very first friends I made when I moved to Boston. She was and is the absolute sweetest person! My first day on the job at KHA, Marissa trained me and even though working at KHA serving adolescents with severe challenging behaviors, Autism spectrum disorders, and developmental disabilities was an extremely challenging job, I was excited that I met someone so nice, helpful, and fun to be around! While working at KHA, I was just starting to pursue a career in photography and Marissa was always so supportive of me and my business! So when she reached out about me photographing her wedding, it was an absolute dream come true!

Since working at KHA, Marissa also helped me find a new job in the Boston public school system and I’m so thankful for all of her guidance helping me find the career I have now because I love working in special education at the high school level. And did I also mention that Marissa and Kyle are my backyard neighbors! We share a fence and it feels a lot like Mr. Wilson from Home Improvement! Congratulations, Marissa and Kyle! :)) Your wedding day was so beautiful and it was such a pleasure to document it!
