I’ve never photographed a couple whose love for each other shines so brightly! Christina and Wil are high school sweethearts who celebrated their Wequassett Resort wedding on a beautiful September day. I don’t think either of them stopped smiling ear to ear all day. To be honest, neither did I! Also, the entire time I was editing this gallery, I don’t think I stopped smiling either! The love and joy shared between these two and all their favorite people was so tangible.

Christina and Wil were married the weekend that Hurricane Dorian was expected to hit the Cape. Luckily, there was only a slight rainfall in the morning and then we had the best weather for the rest of the day! There was beautiful, overcast light for most of the day and then the sun was shining by the time the ceremony started. The grass on the lawn at Wequassett was wet, so the ceremony was held inside and it was just as beautiful as if it were outside. Jill from Beach Plum Floral absolutely outdid herself, yet again, with all of her gorgeous florals throughout the day. Plus, the most incredible installation I’ve seen at a wedding with the floral strings hanging during the dancing!

This Wequassett Resort wedding will definitely go down as one of my favorite wedding days of all time. Any couple who gets their wedding party customized nips of Tequila is my favorite kind of couple. Plus, their champagne-popping photos might just be my favorite wedding party photos EVER! Christina and Wil, you two were so much fun to work with over the past year. Capturing your love for each other was such an honor and I hope you’ll always look back on these photos as a reminder of the bright, joyful, and love-filled day that you had. Thank you for letting me and Paul be a witness to it! Love you two!
