November and December have FLOWN by! This time of year is so fun because as wedding season is slowing down, I get to spend a lot of time on the family portrait side of my business. These past  two months, I’ve been capturing family portraits for new clients turned friends, in addition to spending time with my old friends documenting their beautiful families.

This past week, I had the pleasure of photographing a dear friend of mine’s Christmas card pictures! Greg is the talented owner and hair stylist at The Elsewhere Salon located in Somerville, MA. I first met Greg earlier this summer when I photographed a styled shoot he planned for the opening of his hair salon! We worked together again on our fall elopement styled shoot in November and his work is stunning. Basically, every chance I get to work with Greg I’m on it! If you need your hair cut or styled, he’s your guy! I know I’m planning to get my haircut by him right after the new year 🙂 So when Greg reached out about his family photos, I was so stoked! I’ve seen pictures of his adorable son, Lincoln, on instagram and couldn’t wait to finally meet him! Lincoln is such a cutie! I also got to meet Michael, Greg’s husband, and we captured some beautiful family portraits both outside and inside their gorgeous condo in Cambridge. I especially love the picture of Lincoln reading Mariah Carey’s “All I want for Christmas” book with the Christmas tree in the background! Seriously, so ADORABLE! This session was so much fun and we squeezed it in with just enough time before the holidays to make a Christmas card.
